EmployeeZ is a gig marketplace app integrated with a social media platform. Our platform connects young adults with opportunities to monetize their skills and interests.

At EmployeeZ, we believe in empowering individuals, especially the younger generation, to take charge of their professional journeys. The name "EmployeeZ" reflects our commitment to providing a platform where users can explore gig opportunities, showcase their talents, and connect with others in a dynamic and supportive community. We chose "EmployeeZ" to signify the idea of individuals being the architects of their own careers and to emphasize the platform's focus on enabling personal and professional growth.

Yes, EmployeeZ is free to use for various activities such as creating your account, engaging in social interactions, accessing valuable content, participating in fun and interactive challenges, attending free events, and even creating your own gig.

However, if you decide to book a paid event, you will pay for the ticket. We generate revenue by deducting a 20% fee from the proceeds of paid gig ticket sales. This fee allows us to maintain the platform, provide support, and ensure a seamless experience for gig sellers and buyers.

Currently, our gig marketplace module is only available for U.S. gig sellers who are "U.S. persons" as defined by the IRS, have a valid Social Security Number, are at least 18 years of age, and have legal authorization to work in the United States.

You are the owner. We at EmployeeZ are not the owners of the gigs on our platform. Our platform is a marketplace where gig sellers can offer their services and skills for purchase by users.

As a marketplace, we facilitate the transaction and provide a platform for gig sellers to reach customers, but we do not own or create the gigs themselves.

A gig ticket is a paid admission to a specific service or event offered by a gig seller on the EmployeeZ platform. The seller sets the ticket price and duration of the gig.

The price of a gig ticket can range from $10 to $100, and is set by the seller.

You have the flexibility to set your gig's ticket price within the range of $10 to $100. We recommend considering factors such as the duration and value of your gig when determining the price.

Your customers can pay for your gig using a valid credit or debit card, or by using EmployeeZ credits. The payment process on EmployeeZ is secure. Customers' card information is not stored on our servers, and all payment processing is handled through Stripe.

No, you don't need to use an external meeting platform. EmployeeZ has its own secure and user-friendly meeting platform that you can access directly from your phone or computer browser without the need for any additional application installations.

Yes, as a gig seller on EmployeeZ, you can offer your services to international customers outside of the U.S. While our gig sellers are currently limited to the United States, we welcome customers from around the world to connect with you and benefit from your services.

There's no specific limit to the number of gigs you can offer on EmployeeZ. You can create and manage multiple gigs simultaneously, each showcasing your unique skills and talents.

To make your gig stand out, create an engaging title and description that clearly describes the value you offer. High-quality images, a competitive price, and detailed service information can attract more buyers. Encourage buyers to leave reviews, which can boost your reputation. Incorporating video content into your gig can also help you stand out. It's important to keep these key factors in mind when optimizing your gig.

Once you create a new gig or make changes to an existing one, the gig will be subject to approval by the EmployeeZ Support team. This approval process ensures that the gig complies with EmployeeZ terms and conditions. Once approved, the gig will be published and available for purchase by buyers. If rejected, the gig will not be visible to buyers.

Once your gig is approved, you will receive an email with a link to your gig's landing page. You can then share this link on your social media channels to reach potential buyers.

Your gig's landing page is a webpage that displays information about your gig. You can access your gig's landing page by clicking on the link provided in the email notification you received after publishing your gig. For example, here's a demo landing page for a gig:

https://app.employeez.me/td1MPliFfk647iG15Q9b4w

You will receive an email notification once your gig has been approved and published, which will include a link to your gig's landing page.

If your gig status has been changed to active but you haven't received an email, please check your spam/junk folder in case the email was mistakenly filtered there.

To share your gig's landing page, just open the page in your browser and copy the link. You can then share this link on your social media channels (such as Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach potential buyers.

To promote your gigs, you can easily share your gig's landing page on various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Simply copy the link to your gig's landing page and share it to reach a broader audience.

If you have no available slots on your gig, a user can request a time-slot from you. If the requested slot is suitable for your schedule, you can update your gig to add this slot. You can communicate with the requestor through direct messaging on the EmployeeZ app.

It's essential to communicate with the buyer through our messaging system. If a buyer is running late or doesn't show up, and you don't want to wait, you can consider rescheduling the meeting with a new gig ticket. This allows buyers to purchase another ticket for the rescheduled meeting at a time that suits both parties. The decision to issue a refund or reschedule is up to the seller, taking into account their own availability and preferences.

If a buyer isn't satisfied with your gig and opens a dispute, it will first go to the seller. The seller can choose to accept the dispute and issue a refund. However, if the seller declines, then it will be escalated to our team. Our team will review the situation and work to find a fair resolution. We aim to protect both gig sellers and buyers to ensure a positive experience for all.

If you need to cancel it, you can do so through your EmployeeZ account. Keep in mind that cancellations may have an impact on your ratings and customer satisfaction.

For each gig sold, EmployeeZ charges a 20% service fee of the ticket price. For instance, if you sell a ticket for $30, $6 will be deducted as the service fee and the remaining $24 will be transferred to your EmployeeZ account as earnings.

The earnings are transferred to your EmployeeZ balance after a 24-hour grace period, during which customers have the opportunity to open a dispute if they are not satisfied with the gig. If no dispute is opened, the earnings will be transferred to your balance after the grace period.

To withdraw your earnings, you need to enter your U.S. bank account information in the app. The "EmployeeZ Balance" section in the app displays the money you have earned from your sales.
